CHIQUILÁ TRANSFER Chiquilá is the main ferry port to Holbox Island. This service is perfect if you need a one-way transfer to catch the ferry to Holbox, from here, ferries depart regularly to the island, making it the gateway to one of the most beautiful and relaxed destinations in the Mexican Caribbean. OUR SERVICE INCLUDES: • Private transportation in an air-conditioned van • Friendly bilingual driver (English – Spanish) • All highway tolls and parking fees • Bottled water in the van OPTIONAL • If this is a day excursion and you require round-trip transportation, we can wait for you and provide the return transfer for an additional fee of $100 USD. Private transportations are for your group only, so you can decide which time goes better for you to start but we strongly recommend starting early in the morning between 7:00 am - 08:00am if you want to avoid the crowds.

Most of the attractions opening hours are from 8am to 5pm, therefore you plan the day accordingly.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our prices are in usd dollars, Prices are valid departing from Playa del Carmen and surroundings areas. If your hotel is located north or south from PDC please let us know for a custom quote. Private transportations require a 30% deposit at the time of the booking; We will provide you with a confirmation voucher with specifics. For Transportation insurance purposes, we will require at the time of the booking the exact amount of people in the vehicle including children and infants. Please note that additional passengers cannot be accommodated without prior notice. Personal belongings are the client’s responsibility, make sure you have all your items when leaving the vehicle. Extra hour 45usd. Cancellations can be made by e-mail or WhatsApp 24hrs before the service date to receive a full refund of any deposit In most cases a refund will be issued within 72 hours. No refunds at last minute cancellations.
