Ek Balam is one of the few places where visitors can still climb the pyramids and enjoy stunning views from the top. The most notable structures are the acropolis, the ball game and the arch. You can combine the visit to Ek Balam with a cenote and the colonial city of Valladolid. We’ll pick you up directly from your hotel or condo in Playa del Carmen or surrounding areas—at the time that works best for you. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a smooth, personalized journey at your own pace. Ek Balam opening hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, the last admission time is 4pm. We strongly recommend starting between 6:30 or 7:00am to avoid the crowds. We opt for the toll road, which saves us a minimum of one hour of drive time compared to the regular route. Private transportations are for your group only, so you can decide which time goes better for you to start but we strongly recommend starting early in the morning between 7:00 am - 08:00am if you want to avoid the crowds.

Most of the attractions opening hours are from 8am to 5pm, therefore you plan the day accordingly.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our prices are in usd dollars, Prices are valid departing from Playa del Carmen and surroundings areas. If your hotel is located north or south from PDC please let us know for a custom quote. Private transportations require a 30% deposit at the time of the booking; We will provide you with a confirmation voucher with specifics. For Transportation insurance purposes, we will require at the time of the booking the exact amount of people in the vehicle including children and infants. Please note that additional passengers cannot be accommodated without prior notice. Personal belongings are the client’s responsibility, make sure you have all your items when leaving the vehicle. Extra hour 45usd. Cancellations can be made by e-mail or WhatsApp 24hrs before the service date to receive a full refund of any deposit In most cases a refund will be issued within 72 hours. No refunds at last minute cancellations.
